Baku GP Classification Amended: Bortoleto Handed 10s Penalty, Tiposi Scores Recalculated

Following Saturday's Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku, the FIA stewards issued a post-race decision: Audi's Gabriel Bortoleto was handed a 10-second time penalty for overtaking under yellow flags.

The Incident & Stewards' Ruling

Between Turns 6 and 7 after a Safety Car restart, trackside marshals displayed physical "SC" boards alongside yellow flags without Race Control deployment. While stewards accepted the confusion, they held that a waved yellow flag strictly forbids overtaking. The penalty dropped Bortoleto from 13th to 15th.

Tiposi Scoring & Leaderboard Updates

Results have been adjusted as follows:

• Oscar Piastri (PIA): P13 (previously P14)
• Sergio Perez (PER): P14 (previously P15)
• Gabriel Bortoleto (BOR): P15 (previously P13)

All league tables and global standings have been updated with the new points.
